Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer concierge team or visit one of our showroom locations to request a Return Authorization and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Secure Your Package
Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all original documentation, such as diamond grading reports and appraisals, inside a secure shipping carton.
Ship with Insurance
Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all authorized returns are fully insured during transit back to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
